Peter Adrien, graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in December of 1993, became a member of the Florida Bar in July of 1994 and a member of the Federal Bar in 1995. He spent the first 11 years working in the area of family and civil law before ascending to the circuit court bench as a judge. He worked exclusively in the felony division for more than 4 years handling hundreds of criminal cases ranging from 3rd degree felonies to death penalty cases. He then served in the civil division handling a variety of cases with verdicts ranging in the millions. He is extremely resourceful and committed to his clients and works nonstop to obtain successful results for them.
Ian Richards graduated from the University Of Miami School Of Law and is a member of the State and Federal Bar. He is a former judge, former assistant state attorney, and a civil attorney with many years of experience. As an assistant state attorney/prosecutor, he handled thousands of criminal cases and won verdicts on behalf of the State. As a private attorney, he tries cases to defend his clients and their constitutional rights. As a sitting judge, Ian Richards has presided over thousands of cases and more than 99% of his decisions were upheld, a testament to his legal knowledge and skill. He was endorsed in the Miami Herald (2014) along with several major newspapers for his work as a civil and criminal court judge. Whether he is helping to secure a million dollar judgment or restoring the custodial rights of a client, Mr. Richards believes the law should be fair to all.
